One of my passions is personal responsibility because I believe it provides us with the power, energy and motivation to change things.
When you don’t use your personal responsibility you intend to become a victim wishing and thinking other people would act or do things differently, that you wouldn’t have to do all the things you have to, that things wasn’t the way they are. you might be asking yourself questions like: when do they do something about it? when does the client call me back? when do I get the information I need to continue with my assignment?
When ever you ask why, you’re telling yourself you have no other choice than to wait and do it another time.
I don’t think that’s what you really want? is it? I don’t think you started your day saying: ohh I better postpone things today!
When you step into your own power and using your personal responsibility you become a winner, you become the energy to change things by asking questions like: what solution can I come up with? How can I reach my client? How can I get in touch with the information I need to finish my assignment?
what can you do today to step a bit more into your personal responsibility?
Your greatness is my passion
